Did You Know That Insomnia Can Cause Depression?

Not getting enough sleep for any length of time can lead to mood disturbances. This is going to mean lack of motivation, decreased attention span, trouble with concentration, low levels of energy, and fatigue. These are all the signs that a person is sleep deprived and not getting enough sleep for their body and mind to rest and relax.
Many people facing insomnia and sleep deprivation are going to have to deal with stress and depression. This is going to happen because a person is going to feel so tired and down on themselves, that they are going to feel like they are alone and that they are different from everyone else. If a person is starting to show signs of depression or loneliness, they may be having a battle with insomnia.
In fact many people suffering from insomnia are also dealing with a mental disorder as well. There are many people that have to take on a battle with depression because of their insomnia and what it is doing to their body. Obviously this often creates a great strain on a lot of relationships and families.
