Night Sleep Or Power Nap?
By admin | May 9, 2008
Sleep is not an easy process by any means. Many different parts of the brain are going to control and influence the amount of sleep that a person gets. There are two natural daily peak times for sleeping. Some people get better sleep at night while others are going to get that mid day power nap in to get more rest. It will depend on the part of the world that a person lives in and what their work schedule is like. Unfortunately siesta does not apply for all of use
Anyway, speaking about work…
If you have a rocky workplace, this could very well be a cause for sleep deprivation and for insomnia. You are going to be stressed and uneasy about a lot of things when you are worried about what is going on at work. You will have to find out a way to work through these problems to make them better. Get help from a supervisor or manager to take this problem on. Once you get it sorted out, you will find that you can rest better at night and start sleeping through the night like you once did.
