Sleep Doctor Michael Breus on Sleep Deprivation

By admin | October 9, 2007

Another interesting clip with Dr. Michael Breus aka the sleep doctor. This one is from Christmas 2006 but still very relevant. In the interview Dr. Breus talks about some sleep deprivation in general and specifically how we all need to remember to get our sleep during the major holidays… ignore the advice at your family’s peril ;-)
