This is a very interesting and disturbing video about teens and sleep deprivation. The problem is certainly much more widespread than I would have thought. The clip also features some very interesting research results from “the sleep doctor” Dr. Breus. Apparently kids and teenagers funtion best between 11am and 10pm, and it’s not just “lazy teens”, it is part of their biological clock and part of growing up … definetely some food for thought… enjoy the clip:
