By admin | October 26, 2007
If you are having experiencing sleep deprivation or outright insomnia you need to…
Avoid sleeping pills when possible. Sleeping pills will not work because they are not helping the problem that is causing the insomnia. You have to find out what will help your problem with sleep and go from there. You do not need a bunch of temporary fixes that will only make you edgy and anxious. You also do not want to start on sleeping pills because you may become addicted to them. You have to talk to your doctor to figure out the right treatment that will help you to overcome the insomnia.
And talking about drugs…
If you are addicted to alcohol or drugs, this could be another reason why you are not sleeping throughout the night. Your insomnia may be due to this problem. If you are addicted to a substance, you need to get the help that you deserve. You can find out ways to get treatment from your doctor and from other healthcare providers. This is good idea to do early on before you have any more damage happen to your body from this madness.
